RDG Delivers Woodberry Manor Phase 2

Rappahannock Development Group (RDG) has completed construction of Phase 2 of the popular Woodberry Manor project on Massaponax Church Road in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. On the heels of Ryan Homes completion of all 72 homes within Phase 1, RDG has delivered the final 60 lots within the 132-lot development. RDG acquired the property from Massaponax Church, LLC in 2019 and financed a total of $12,800,000 in development costs through M&T Bank. Buildout of the project is expected Q3 2024. For more information on Ryan Homes’ Woodberry Manor homes, check out:

The current parcel is a combination of open pastureland and woods and is undeveloped with the exception of one existing single-family dwelling, according to a staff report.
