Rappahannock Development Group (RDG) has completed construction of Phase 2 of the popular Woodberry Manor project on Massaponax Church Road in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. On the heels of Ryan Homes completion of all 72 homes within Phase 1, RDG has delivered the final 60 lots within the 132-lot development.
