Culpeper’s Kite Acres Development Infrastructure Completed
Rappahannock Development Group (RDG) has completed infrastructure construction of the 61-lot Kite Acres residential subdivision in Culpeper, Virginia. Located along Ira Hoffman Lane, Kite Acres is RDG’s 3rd collaboration with NVR/Ryan Homes in Culpeper, following Ridgeview and Laurel Park communities. Kite Acres’ 1/3-acre single-family detached residential lots will support multiple NVR home products ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 s.f. starting in the upper $500,000’s (Ryan Homes’ Kite Acres). Ryan Homes’s model homes are projected to be completed in February 2025 with sales beginning in March.
